Freedom Leisure is hiring Lifeguards across its 37-hour weekly rota. You will help keep pools safe, assist customers of all ages, and benefit from full training and development opportunities. Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent required.
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out.
• First Aid at Work certification preferred.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Flexible and able to follow manager instructions.
• Passion and energy for the leisure industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguard supervision and ensure pool safety.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Work 37 hours per week on a rota basis.
• Support lifelong learning and professional development within the team.
