Job summary

Freedom Leisure in the United Kingdom is hiring a Lifeguard to ensure customers enjoy friendly, clean and safe facilities across our centres. The role is 37 hours per week on a rota basis, with training and support provided.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent, be a competent swimmer, and demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork. An enhanced DBS is required, and you’ll help us create welcoming experiences for all ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Competent swimmer; swim test during interview.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Flexible approach and ability to follow instructions from managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, clean and safe facilities for customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile.
• Work 37 hours per week on a rota basis.
• Lifeguard duties and supervision as required.
