Everyone Active is seeking a Team Leader to supervise pool operations and lead a diverse lifeguard team across day, evening, and weekend shifts in Bristol. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, safety, and maintaining high cleanliness standards, with DBS checks and training provided where needed.

The successful candidate will support health and safety operations, manage the lifeguard team, and stand in as Duty Manager as required.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required.
• First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective pool supervision.
• Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values.
• Be focused on high customer service standards.
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre.
• Be able to take on the Duty Managers role when needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance.
