Leisure People is seeking a Duty Manager for a busy Bristol swimming pool, taking ownership on shift, ensuring clean, safe operation and managing front of house, retail, and events. You will deliver a superb customer experience and actively upsell facilities and services.

The role is based at Bristol BS3, offering up to £29,500 plus benefits and development, with a clear pathway for professional growth within this award-winning operator.

Qualifications

• Operational management experience or leadership of staff in high-volume leisure settings.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for operating the busy centre on a shift basis.
• Ensure the centre is always clean, safe and in good working order.
• Support with the management of front of house, retail, scheduled swimming activities and events.
• Deliver a fantastic customer experience to every user.
• Upsell the facilities and services at every opportunity.
