Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking a proactive Recreation Assistant to support health and safety, deliver service excellence and join a diverse, motivated team. You will supervise the pool safely, help run activities and keep the centre clean, while embodying our values and delivering great member experiences.

Role involves day, evening, weekend shifts and public holidays; DBS check will be completed prior to start.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required.
• First Aid at Work and coaching qualifications are desirable.
• DBS check will be completed prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service standards.
• Provide safe and effective pool supervision.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping in the centre.
• Support the varied programme of activities and sessions.
• Communicate effectively with other team members.
