Job summary

Freedom Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking Lifeguards to help keep our centres welcoming, safe and accessible. You will support customers daily, with a focus on health, safety and exceptional service, while training is provided to help you grow within the organisation.

We offer a full training programme and a clear career path, with 37 hours per week on a rota basis across Monday to Sunday, in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification desirable.
• First Aid at Work desirable.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated and able to work across organisation boundaries.
• Flexible and adaptable to instructions from managers.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our centres are welcoming, clean and safe environments for all customers.
• Support training and career development pathways within Freedom Leisure.
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused team culture and rotas.
