Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to deliver friendly, clean and safe facilities across our centres. You will join a welcoming team and help maintain high standards of service and safety for all customers.

No prior expertise required—we provide all training and support. This role offers 21 hours per week on a rota basis, with shifts from Monday to Sunday across centres in England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated approach and able to work across organisational boundaries.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Welsh language skills are desirable.
