Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking Lifeguards to help keep our leisure centres safe, welcoming and enjoyable for all. You will maintain high safety and cleanliness standards, greet customers with a friendly welcome and support a 37-hour rota across Monday to Sunday to ensure smooth operations.

No prior expert experience is required as training and ongoing support are provided. You will need to swim competently and hold an NPLQ; Enhanced DBS checks apply, with a range of staff benefits and development

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification required; training provided.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly, clean and safe facilities for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile.
• Work 37 hours per week on a rota basis (Mon-Sun).
