Bolsover District Council is seeking a Lifeguard / Leisure Attendant to help operate Go! Active leisure facilities across pools, gym, studios and outdoor areas. You will support wet and dry activity management and ensure smooth service delivery within a busy leisure environment.
The post is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a Grade 3 salary of £26,134–£26,813. Applicants should hold the RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Award and be capable of delivering water-based fitness classes when required.

Go! Active is a busy leisure facility that caters for a wide range of ages and abilities and is fully accessible. We have two swimming pools, a flume, gym facilities, a thermal suite, group exercise studios, group cycling studio, a sports hall, outdoor pitches and a café.
This role ensures the efficient, effective and economic operation of sports, leisure and recreational activities, including a wide range of duties in wet, dry and other operational areas.
The successful candidate will be involved in general leisure duties including control, organisation and implementation of the work of Leisure Services, its assets, resources, systems and methods of work.
