Durham County Council is seeking a Duty Manager for Chester le Street Leisure Centre to oversee daily operations, ensuring a high-quality, safe and welcoming experience for users.
You will support the Operations Manager, lead a motivated team, and promote healthy lifestyles through active engagement with customers and the community.
We have an opportunity for a Duty Manager at Chester le Street Leisure Centre.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the venue providing a high-quality service to customers, that is safe, efficient and enjoyed by users; supporting the Operations Manager to maximise income and to lead a team that is motivated, positive, customer focussed and that implements a “can do” culture in line with the thrive values.
You will act as a physical activity advocate, proactively encouraging and supporting customers to live a healthy lifestyle.
