Job summary

Freedom Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lifeguard for casual hours to help keep our pools clean, safe and welcoming, delivering friendly service to customers.

No prior expertise is required as full training will be provided, including essential lifeguard skills; you will join a supportive team with flexible hours and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification; training can be provided.
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out.
• Ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
• To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
• Flexible and adaptable.
