Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring Lifeguards to support communities and help people stay active across its 130+ centres in England and Wales. We provide fully funded training to achieve the NPLQ lifeguarding qualification and a supportive environment for career growth.

You will work 19.75 hours per week on a rota basis, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, welcoming leisure facility for all ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent required or desirable.
• First Aid at Work (desirable).
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
