Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking friendly lifeguards for casual hours at our centres across England and Wales. You’ll help create a welcoming environment, supervise pool areas, and support customers with a positive, safe experience.

We provide NPLQ training if needed, plus opportunities to develop within a supportive charity, with a varied benefits package to suit staff wellbeing and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification required or training can be provided.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of pool users and maintain vigilant supervision.
