Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure top-quality, safe and welcoming facilities across its centres. You will be part of a team delivering excellent customer service and support in swimming pools, with coaching support available to reach lifeguard standards.

The role requires NPLQ or equivalent, competent swimming ability, and a DBS check. Hours are 37 per week on a rota basis, with benefits including pension, staff discounts and training opportunities.

Formación

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Competent swimmer; swim test will be part of the interview.
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Flexible and able to follow manager instructions.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, clean and safe facilities for customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and safety at all times.
• Assist and support swim teachers to help members improve.
• Work on a 37-hour week rota, including weekends and holidays.
• Adapt to the needs of staff across the organisation.
