Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to join our team for 37 hours per week on a rota basis. You will help deliver friendly, clean, and safe pool facilities while providing excellent customer service. No prior experience is required as we offer full training and support.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• First Aid at Work.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented approach; able to work across organisation boundaries and support colleagues.
• Able to work flexibly and follow instructions from managers.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.

Responsibilities
