Job summary

Freedom Leisure is recruiting a Lifeguard to help our communities stay active across 130+ centres in England and Wales, with full training and support to deliver safe, friendly experiences.

Hours are 11.5–12 per week on a rota basis. Salary up to £12.71 per hour, plus a company pension, staff discounts, and an employee assistance programme. We are an equal opportunities employer and commit to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification is required.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• First Aid at Work is desirable.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and able to work across organisation boundaries.
• Flexible and able to follow managers' instructions.
• Regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment.
