Job summary

Freedom Leisure is looking for a Lifeguard to ensure friendly, clean and safe facilities for everyone. Training can be provided for the NPLQ, and you will support customers of all ages while collaborating with staff across the centres.

Hours are casual, as and when required, with opportunities to progress through training and development. We offer a welcoming, inclusive environment and benefits such as flexible hours, staff discounts, and potential permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification (training can be provided).
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and support staff and colleagues.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, clean, and safe facilities for customers.
• Engage with customers to deliver high-quality service.
• Be flexible with hours; casual hours as required.
