Job summary

Freedom Leisure in the United Kingdom seeks a Lifeguard to ensure high standards of safety and customer service in our leisure centres. You will maintain clean, safe pool facilities and assist with day-to-day operations. Training is provided, and enhanced DBS checks are required for this role.

The position offers casual hours as and when required, with opportunities for progression within a charitable leisure trust that values inclusion and community impact.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Competent swimmer with swim test required during interview.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, clean and safe facilities for customers.
• Relate well to customers and colleagues; support across the team.
• Support leisure services with a positive, welcoming approach.
