Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Lifeguard at Yeovil FWC to join our bank (ad-hoc) shifts. You will supervise the pool, spa, sauna and steam room, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for members and visitors.

You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide training records. A passion for customer care and working as part of a friendly team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of pool, spa, sauna and steam room use.

• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents quickly.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed.

£12.84 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room

• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
