Job summary

Nuffield Health Milngavie is seeking a Lifeguard to help keep our members safe and supported across the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. You will be part of a friendly team delivering excellent customer care on an ad-hoc bank basis, earning £12.84 per hour and enjoying access to our employee benefits.

You’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records.

• Strong commitment to customer care and safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool, spa, sauna and steam room to ensure safety at all times.
• Respond quickly to incidents and enforce pool safety guidelines.
• Create a welcoming, friendly and professional environment for members and visitors.
• Welcome and assist members using facilities and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain vigilance and support the smooth operation of the wet-side facilities.
