Job summary

Nuffield Health in London is seeking a Lifeguard for bank (ad-hoc) shifts. You’ll help keep swimmers safe across our pool, spa, sauna and steam room, and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment.

Applicants must hold an NPLQ or equivalent, with enthusiasm and a focus on customer care. You will join a friendly team and enjoy benefits including holiday, pension and gym membership discounts.

Qualifications

• You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong customer care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Keep members safe around wet-side facilities: pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times and respond to incidents.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment for guests.
• Welcome and support members using facilities and follow safety guidelines.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
