Job summary

Nuffield Health in Chigwell is seeking a Lifeguard to help keep members safe in our pool, spa, sauna and steam room. This ad hoc bank role is part-time with £13.10 per hour.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and maintain training records, delivering excellent customer care and working as part of a supportive team. Benefits include holiday pay, pension and discounted gym membership.

Qualifications

• You must hold an NPLQ or equivalent.
• Strong customer service focus and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and develop lifeguard skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pool, spa, sauna and steam room safety at all times.
• Be attentive and respond to incidents immediately.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using the facilities.
• Enforce Pool Safety Guidelines at all times.
• Help colleagues maintain a safe, clean environment.
