Job summary

Nuffield Health in Letchworth is seeking a Part-time Lifeguard to join our friendly gym team. You will monitor the pool area and respond to incidents, ensuring member safety and a welcoming environment.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and maintain training records. We offer holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, a pension scheme and a discounted gym membership at £35 per month.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records.
• Be a true team player with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
