Job summary

Nuffield Health Taunton is looking for a Lifeguard to help keep our pool, spa, sauna and steam room safe and welcoming. You will be a vigilant team member with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer care, holding an NPLQ or equivalent.

The bank/part-time position offers ad-hoc hours, with a benefits package including annual leave, a pension scheme and discounted gym membership. Join us to support members and contribute to a safe, healthy environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records as required.
• Be a team player with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep members safe in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Stay attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using the facilities.
• Respond to incidents quickly and follow Pool Safety Guidelines.
