Freedom Leisure is recruiting Lifeguards to keep our pools safe and welcoming. You will monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and provide high-quality customer service to all users. Training is provided and flexibility to cover shifts is available.

With 20 hours per week, Monday to Sunday rota, this role offers part-time hours within a supportive charitable leisure trust across England and Wales. Join a friendly team and help communities live healthier lives.

Competenze

• Provide excellent customer service and a safe, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Welsh language skills are desirable for some shifts.
