Job summary

Nuffield Health in Milngavie is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to help keep our pool, spa, sauna and steam room safe while delivering excellent customer care. You will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and maintain training records, working ~16 hours per week with a friendly, professional approach.

• Maintains ongoing training records and safety standards.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe in pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Respond to incidents quickly and follow Pool Safety Guidelines.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

Up to £26707.20 pro rata depending on experience

16 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
