Job summary

Nuffield Health's Paddington Fitness & Wellbeing Centre is hiring a Lifeguard to help keep swimmers safe and ensure a welcoming environment for members and visitors.

You will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent, maintain training records, and work 16 hours per week on a part-time schedule. A friendly, proactive team player attitude is essential for delivering excellent customer care.

• Passionate about great customer care and being a real team player.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
