Role Description

There is a full-time and part-time Lifeguard role located on-site in Wakefield at Total Fitness. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers and enforcing pool rules, conducting pool maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer service to members. The Lifeguard will also need to respond to emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard certification (NPLQ)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills
• Previous lifeguarding experience is a plus
• Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties effectively
