How would you like to work with swim! – The UK’s leading premium Learn to Swim brand?

We are looking for engaging and inspiring individuals to work as Swimming Teachers and join our industry-leading swimming team, delivered at centres across the UK.

Your primary role will be to plan, deliver, and review high-quality, themed, fun, and safe learn-to-swim lessons for children aged 3-11 years, ensuring excellent customer experience and utilizing premium facilities. You will help change lives by giving every child the opportunity to learn to swim.

In your role, you will plan and deliver swimming lessons both in and out of the water, use technology to support and engage customers, and work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience. This includes customer engagement, attending training and team meetings to share best practices, and learning from colleagues.

This role involves weekday evening and weekend hours, with lessons operated from 1.00 - 8.30 pm on weekdays and 8.00 am - 7.00 pm on weekends.

If you are passionate about changing lives through learning to swim and want to make a difference both in and out of the water, this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, industry-leading company. We offer excellent development opportunities to train and teach babies, adults, and progress into roles such as team leader, mentor, tutor, assistant manager, and more!

Full training and qualifications can be provided. We recruit based on character and personality—so change your life and get in touch today!

  4. Deliver the swim! experience, including showing customers around the centre, promoting memberships, and attending team meetings to share best practices.
  5. Support lifeguard duties and assist the venue team as required (training provided).

Person Specification
