Lifeguard (Qualified) - Full Time @ Congleton

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Lifeguard to ensure the safety of all pool users and provide a positive experience. No matter your current qualifications, if you have the right attitude and skills, we encourage you to apply as we may be able to fund your NPLQ qualification.

Key Details

• Starting salary: over £22,500 (pro rata)
• Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week, including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
• Location: Congleton Leisure Centre
• Closing Date: 25th May 2025

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of swimmers and non-swimmers in the pool area
• Assist in creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all users
• Support with pool activities, lessons, and events

Requirements

• NPLQ qualification is required
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
• Strong communication and customer service skills
