Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests using our swimming pool and leisure facilities. You will maintain constant supervision, respond quickly to emergencies and keep the pool area clean and welcoming.

A current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential. Join our Leisure team and benefit from hands-on coaching, ongoing training, and a supportive, values-driven environment.

The Leisure team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort look after the perfect place to keep fit and stay active with some of the best fitness equipment and facilities in the area. Our expert team are always on hand to welcome our guests and provide fitness advice, personal training sessions and fitness classes.

About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all members and guests using the swimming pool and surrounding leisure facilities. The Lifeguard will maintain constant supervision, respond swiftly to emergencies, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company standards and health & safety legislation. It is essential that you hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
