Job summary

The Belfry - Leisure Club is seeking a Lifeguard to safeguard pool and leisure facilities and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise, respond to emergencies, and maintain a clean, safe environment in line with our standards and health & safety rules.

Applicants must hold an active RLSS NPLQ qualification and demonstrate a calm, professional, and guest-focused approach in a busy resort setting.

About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all members and guests using the swimming pool and surrounding leisure facilities. The Lifeguard will maintain constant supervision, respond swiftly to emergencies, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company standards and health & safety legislation. It is essential that you hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
