Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Night Cleaner to join our Public Areas team in Sutton Coldfield. You will work from 10pm until 6am or 6:30am, cleaning allocated public areas and ensuring equipment is maintained while delivering a high level of guest care.

Experience in cleaning is preferred, but full training will be provided. We value hardworking, team-oriented, organised, and positive staff with a Standards-driven approach.

The Public Areas Team keeps the resort sparkling, safe, and welcoming at every turn. Their work is essential behind the scenes, creating the first impressions that last, maintaining comfort and safety, and allowing every guest and team member to enjoy the resort at its very best. Being part of this team means taking pride in every detail and knowing that your efforts make a visible difference every single day.

Salary

The salary for this role is £12.71 per hour, plus tips.

About the role

As a Night Cleaner, you will work from 10pm until 6 or 6:30am, your duties would include:

• Cleaning allocated public areas to a high standard
• Ensuring equipment is maintained
• Ensuring your service area is stocked and tidy
• Being friendly and willing to help our guests with enquiries
• Delivering a high level of guest care at all times

About you

Experience in a cleaning role is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given. In addition, you will also be:
