Job summary

Nuffield Health Worcester is seeking a Lifeguard to work on a bank, part-time basis, ensuring member safety across the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. The role prioritises customer care and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Applicants must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent with training records, and be eager to learn. We offer holiday, pension access and discounted gym membership as part of the benefits package.

• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times

Lifeguard Worcester FWC | Fitness | Bank | Part time | £12.84 per hour Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
