Responsibilities:

• Supervising pool activities and ensuring safety
• Supporting the team in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Assisting with pool equipment setup and customer queries
• Participating in regular pool rotations
• Supporting the general upkeep of the centre, including studios, gyms, and sports halls

What you need:

• A focus on excellent customer service
• Passion and personality
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ideally, a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records; if not, training can be provided following a swim test
