Job description

GLL is looking for a Lifeguard to work at Donyngs Leisure Centre in Redhill. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Lifeguard, there's never been a more exciting time to join us. This is more than a Lifeguard job, it's a career.

What you need:

• A real focus on customer service.
• Passion and personality.
• Knowledge of health and safety.
• Be a great team player.
• Ideally, you'll have your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records. If not, the NPLQ training can be provided, subject to passing a swim test.

What you’ll do:

• Experience regular pool rotations.
• Supervise and maintain the cleanliness of the pool area.
• Set up equipment for activities.
• Deal with customer queries.
• Support your team by preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for various activities, and assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
