Job description

GLL is looking for a Lifeguard to work at Leatherhead Leisure Centre. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Lifeguard, there's never been a more exciting time to join us. This is more than a Lifeguard job, it's a career.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising the pool and ensuring safety
2. Supporting the team in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the centre
3. Setting up equipment and managing pool rotations
4. Handling customer queries
5. Assisting with preparing Studios, Gyms, or Sports Halls for activities
6. Maintaining the general upkeep of the centre

What you need:

• A focus on customer service
• Passion and personality
• Knowledge of health and safety
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ideally, hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records, or be willing to undertake training after passing a swim test
