About the role

We are excited to offer a Lifeguard position at Places Leisure, working in a vibrant environment with like-minded individuals. Your role will be to inspire teamwork and ensure safety and enjoyment for all pool users.

A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is preferred, but if you are safety-conscious, a competent swimmer, and eager to develop your skills, we will support your training and development to achieve this qualification.

This role is a stepping stone to various career paths within Places Leisure, including operational management, sales, fitness, or customer service. We provide ongoing training, competency assessments, and opportunities for first aid, swimming instructor qualifications, and apprenticeships.

Essential qualification: A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
