From swimming lessons to walking football and everything in-between, we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

Requirements

• An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities, and also to all levels of staff
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented approach, able to work across organization boundaries and demonstrate interest and support for the work of staff and colleagues
• Ability to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
• Flexible and adaptable
• NPLQ qualification or equivalent - training can be provided for suitable candidates
