Job summary

Ocean Infinity seeks a Through Life Support Manager to establish, lead and continuously improve the support capability for complex maritime, autonomous and remote systems throughout their lifecycle.

The role focuses on TLS strategy, ILS, maintenance engineering, and customer support to ensure assets remain safe, available and mission-ready long after delivery. This site-based position requires UK security vetting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Through Life Support, ILS and maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of reliability, maintainability and availability.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain and commercial teams.
• Customer-focused with experience managing support contracts and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Through Life Support strategy with scalable frameworks and performance measures.
• Lead ILS activities including maintenance concepts, supportability analysis and LORA.
• Establish and manage technical support services and rapid issue resolution.
• Define and optimize maintenance strategies, inspections and asset health monitoring.
• Develop spares strategies and obsolescence management with Supply Chain.
• Own configuration and technical documentation processes across service life.
• Act as primary customer interface for support activities and contract reviews.
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor KPIs and SLAs for continuous improvement.
