Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking an experienced Through Life Systems Manager to oversee maintenance and support for our globally deployed maritime systems from our Bristol office with hybrid working flexibility.

You will manage maintenance workflows, coordinate with in-country partners, and ensure uptime aligned with SLAs. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and continuous improvement focus for long-term sustainment of T&M assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business or IT is desirable.
• Proven experience in through-life support in technical/project-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of global service desk management and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a through-life asset management system for key SRT equipment.
• Ensure global systems are supported during their sustainment period and meet SLAs.
• Manage task management (Zuper) for scheduling, direction and reporting of maintenance.
• Oversee Zendesk ticketing to ensure efficient issue management from start to resolution.
• Act as escalation point to maintain high customer satisfaction in line with SLAs.
• Lead weekly meetings with in-country partners, project managers and customer success teams.
• Prepare reports and strategic updates to senior management.
