Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business or IT and practical experience in this field.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in a through-life support role in technical or project-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a through-life asset management system for key SRT equipment.
• Ensure systems are supported and maintained during sustainment periods to SLAs.
• Manage task management (Zuper) for scheduling, direction and reporting.
• Oversee Zendesk for efficient issue management through resolution.
• Lead weekly meetings with partners and project teams to review tickets.
