Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a SERVICE SALES MANAGER for the North UK region, with strong HVAC and service sales background. The role focuses on installed base service advisory, building owner relations, and long-term value creation in a global engineering context.

The successful candidate will drive service and retrofit revenue, manage a regional pipeline, and coordinate with operations and engineering teams to deliver lifecycle solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven service or aftermarket sales experience within commercial HVAC or closely aligned engineered environments.
• Strong technical understanding of hydronic HVAC, pumps, fluid flow, or controls is advantageous.
• Comfortable engaging with building owners, FM providers and decision makers.
• Structured, field-based with regional travel expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through service agreements, parts, repairs, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits.
• Develop a defined installed base of pumps and HVAC equipment with engagement plans.
• Identify and close service opportunities from initial need to order intake.
• Act as the commercial interface between customers, service operations, internal sales and technical teams.
• Translate lifecycle challenges into value-based commercial proposals.
• Build a structured service sales pipeline with forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Position the business as the preferred lifecycle service partner across the installed base.
