Job summary

Armstrong is seeking a SERVICE SALES MANAGER based in the North West / M62 Corridor to lead installed base service sales for HVAC and fluid flow systems. You will build relationships with building owners, FM providers and operations teams, driving service agreements, parts, repairs and upgrades.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across North UK, with a competitive package including up to £70,000 base, a 30% target bonus, and a £625 monthly car allowance, plus pension, phone and

Qualifications

• Experience in service/aftermarket sales within HVAC or allied M&E environments.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to develop value-led service proposals and manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive service agreements and aftermarket revenue across installed base.
• Develop installed base engagement plans with long-term relationships.
• Identify and close service opportunities from need to order intake.
• Interface between customers, service operations and technical teams.
• Translate lifecycle challenges into value-based proposals.
• Maintain structured service sales pipeline with CRM discipline.
• Position Armstrong as preferred lifecycle service partner.
