Zen Educate is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own US lifecycle programmes end-to-end, from ideation to governance. You will partner with product, operations and data teams to understand user behavior, drive hypotheses, and implement scalable, measurable lifecycle experiences that improve adoption and retention.

The role emphasizes autonomy in a fast-moving environment with a strong analytical mindset.

Competenze

• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or automated customer communications.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Nice to have: high-growth startup or EdTech experience.
• Nice to have: Agile/Scrum, SQL, Python, data visualization, and data architecture knowledge.

Mansioni

• Develop lifecycle programmes end-to-end: ideation → implementation → QA → launch → measurement → refinement.
• Investigate user behavior with funnel data, segmentation, and frontline feedback to inform decisions.
• Build scalable lifecycle infrastructure, governance, and documentation.
• Lead scoping with stakeholders, manage requirements, and drive solutions to completion.
• Own highly impactful US programs from idea through long-term governance.
