Job summary

Obsidian is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate and improve AI agents on real marketing work. You will design and pressure-test lifecycle environments, briefs, artifacts, and judgment criteria for strong practitioner decisions.

You will specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states, then review AI attempts against your standards across tasks like diagnosing data, prioritizing actions, planning, QA, and multi-tool orchestration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing.
• Owns the sending program and its incrementality.
• Comfortable across an ESP, a CRM such as Salesforce, and Amplitude.
• Experience building AI training environments or simulated case studies is preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is preferred.
• Clear written reasoning and justification of decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from your lifecycle/CRM work and explain what is being tested.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for the task.
• Write or review the reference answer and the criteria that separate a strong response from a plausible one.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against your own standard.
