Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter/handle customer data with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain liaison with VWFS and other departments.
• Understand FCA regulations relevant to the role.
• Validate documents and process end-of-contract options.
• Update systems with account activity.
• Work within authorised levels and escalate when needed.
• Switch across processes as required.
• Respond to email/admin queries and use telephony to achieve correct outcomes.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Provide proactive service with strong product knowledge.
