Resourcing Associates Limited is seeking an exceptional Client Development Associate Director in London, leading Life Science recruitment initiatives across Pharma, Medical, Bio Tech and related sectors. You will own the client base and win roles and projects across multiple business lines, building a high-performing division.

You will lead from the front in client development, leveraging an outstanding existing network in the UK, Europe, and US, and will grow the team from three to achieve

Qualifications

• Proven track record across the Life Sciences marketplace.
• Successful track record in winning C-suite and large programs of recruitment work.
• High calibre presentation skills.
• Experience in driving corporate strategy.
• Experience in driving your own sales strategy and successful implementation.
• Desire to take your career to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Own the client and bring in roles and projects across multiple business lines.
