Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious Life Sciences Associate Director in a client-facing role based in London. You will lead and grow pharmaceutical/biotech construction programmes, developing a business plan for sustained growth across sectors.

The role requires strong client relationships, strategic resource planning and delivery excellence across complex commissions. You will manage teams, mitigate risks and ensure delivery on time and within budget, while promoting our entrepreneurial

Qualifications

Experience in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors.
Established network within the industry supply chain.
Strong and current understanding of design/code requirements and industry trends.
Proven track record of managing large projects/programmes to delivery.
Knowledge of engineering and/or construction management.

Responsibilities

Lead small to medium sized commissions and support major Life Sciences schemes in London.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
Plan and secure resources for projects using appropriate tools/methods.
Lead project teams with clear roles and responsibilities and delegate tasks.
Identify and manage risks with effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
Monitor progress and report outcomes using suitable metrics and indicators.
Evaluate impact and benefits of projects using evidence-based methods.
