Job summary

Kisimul Group (Holmlea, East Markham) is seeking a Senior Life Practitioner to support adults with complex needs. You will help individuals with severe learning disabilities live more independently, assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

Eligible drivers with a UK licence can drive the company vehicle for outings. Starting pay ranges from £14.48 to £15.72 per hour, with progression through a competency framework to higher rates.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities.

• Accompany clients on trips and ensure safety.
• Drive the company vehicle with a valid UK driving licence.
